STEP 3 : If the situation cannot be resolved, then we will mediate on your behalf with the company to provide assistance.
STEP 4 : Formal Complaint
If you are unsatisfied with the resolution of your informal Transportation or Utility complaint, you may file a formal complaint for a $25 fee that may be heard in front of the Commission. The $25 formal filing fee does not apply to Insurance complaints. Insurance complaints are under the authority of the Division of Insurance.
