NEW MEXICO PUBLIC REGULATION COMMISSION IS ALERTING CUSTOMERS OF SKYWI, ZIANET AND ONECONNECT ISP

DISCONNECTION OF SERVICE: March 9, 2009

The New Mexico Public Regulation Commission has announced that customers of SkyWi, Zianet or OneConnect ISP should be aware that their telecommunications service may be disrupted starting on March 9, 2009.

For the consumer: Qwest, Windstream Communications, Penasco Valley Telephone Cooperative, Inc., ENMR Telephone Cooperative, Inc., and Tularosa Basin Telephone Company, Inc., have all provided the Commission notice  of their intent to discontinue service to SkyWi commencing March 9, 2009. SkyWi, Zianet, and OncConnect ISP customers are strongly encouraged to contact SkyWi to make arrangements for the continuation of their service after the March 9th cut-off date.
