Hughanne Maxwell-Loux, MS, PHR, Human Resources Bureau Chief
Hughanne Maxwell-Loux has been in Human Resources since 1989. She has worked in the State of New Mexico and other states in a variety areas, and agencies including Corrections, State of Oklahoma Office of Personnel Management and Human Services. Hughanne has been certified as Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Society Human Resources Management (SHRM). She has participated in the Hay Measurement process in the states of New Mexico and Oklahoma. Ms. Maxwell-Loux has a Master’s Degree from the University of Oklahoma. In addition to Human Resources she has taught in grades four through the Junior College level, and at federal programs.
